- Manage the day-to-day operation of the school
- Ensure the health & safety of all children and staff
- Supervise staff and ensure policy compliance
- Develop and execute marketing plans in order to meet/maintain enrollment goals
- Perform marketing tasks, including enrollment and tours
- Manage financial tasks, including tuition collection, and center expenses within budget
- Interview and onboard new staff
- Maintain and enforce state licensing regulations and policy compliance
- Report to the Center Owner/Executive Director
- Degree in Early Childhood Education or related program
- Experience working in a licensed childcare facility
- Management Experience
- Complete required Director training(s)
- Must possess strong communication skills
- The ability to evaluate and resolve conflict
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Energetic and Flexible
- Shows initiative; strong work ethic
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- CPR and First Aid Certified (preferred)
- Must pass a criminal background check
